A River in a Time of Dryness Shaman Wind Chime Sculpture
The sculpture itself and the plasma cutouts in the vintage copper fire extinguisher are inspired by petroglyphs found near the Fremont River in Capitol Reef National Park. The title for A River in a Time of Dryness is borrowed from lyrics found in the U2 song “All I Want Is You” from the album Rattle and Hum.
A beautiful patina covers part of the copper cylinder. A light source (candle, LED) can be used to illuminate the images at night. Scroll down to watch a video.
